You will receive individual attention for the particular needs for your carpet: Will is extremely knowledgeable about the various textures, fabrics, everything needed to provide the end result of carpet that looks GREAT! Our carpet looks the best it has since installed 12 years ago. Of course over those years I had a larger franchise doing the cleaning, but compared to R & R, it was only a superficial cleaning, with their always adding extra $$. Will never pushed for additional services that add costs to the price initially quoted.

Will did a great job cleaning my tile and carpets. He then went the extra mile and came back to spot clean a stain that nobody else could get out for the last 8 years! The stain is nearly gone and we are thrilled!

I was really anxious to have my carpets cleaned right away and he worked his schedule around to fit my needs. I would highly recommend his workmanship! I had several pet stains and he concentrated on getting rid of them.
